Meet Madison from Murfreesboro!

Area Coach (AC) Madison Lopez is wise beyond her years. She started working with MRCO Taco Bell in a crew member position as a fiercely independent 16 year-old and has enjoyed an impressive nine-year career with us. And boy has she been busy! Madison quickly moved up the ladder to Shift Lead, Assistant General Manager (AGM), then Restaurant General Manager (RGM), before being promoted to the AC role.

As an AC, Madison oversees six restaurants for us. “Taco Bell is a huge part of my life and it has given me everything I have,” she says.

Fiercely Independent

At just 16, Madison became emancipated from her family, and started living alone and paying her own bills. “It was very hard work to do that at such a young age,” she bravely shares. “But it was so rewarding being able to come out of a bad situation and build my own life.”

Madison would soon find family in her work. “I have met and learned from so many people … they have all helped me on my journey,” she says. Perhaps the most important person she was introduced to is her wife, whom she met through Taco Bell. “She motivates me and pushes me to get better everyday,” Madison shares. Their shared motto is that everything happens for a reason.

“MRCO has a family culture that can’t be found anywhere else.” – Madison Lopez, AC

Loyal Leader

From the sounds of it, this is just the beginning of what will continue to be an impressive career with us. “I will always work for MRCO because it gives me a sense of purpose, career growth opportunities, good benefits, exciting work days and great relationships,” she shares.

Madison’s goal is to keep learning about the restaurant business while creating great relationships and culture in the restaurants she oversees. Keep shining, Madison — your future looks bright!
