In the spirit of a little friendly competition, MRCO Taco Bell Shift Managers and hourly team members across all of our locations were invited to participate in a contest aimed at improving the number of guest complaints.
All participating restaurants were challenged to improve their customer complaint rates by 20%. Of those involved, 31 stores succeeded in meeting the improvement criteria and, as a result, were entered into a drawing to win prizes.

Our Sparta, TN Taco Bell team was selected at random as the winners. They celebrated with a pizza party and a second drawing to win a Playstation 5, Nintendo 2DS and headphones by Beats!
